Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled travel date and time (Thailand Time, GMT+7) are eligible for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, you must provide your Booking Number, which is included in your booking confirmation, and contact Panya Taxi Phuket at:

All cancellation requests are subject to verification of the booking details.

Once the cancellation has been approved, Panya Taxi Phuket will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method within 48 hours.

The actual time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account, credit card account, or other original payment method depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking and in accordance with the applicable payment-processing requirements.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Panya Taxi Phuket.

Panya Taxi Phuket provides private transportation, airport transfer, taxi services, private tours, and related travel services in Phuket and other destinations in Thailand.

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a booking confirmation from Panya Taxi Phuket.

Booking Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including their name, contact details, travel date and time, number of passengers, pick-up location, drop-off location, flight information where applicable, and any other information reasonably required to provide the requested service.

Panya Taxi Phuket is not responsible for problems, delays, additional costs, or inability to provide the requested service resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Booking Changes

Any changes to your booking, including travel date, travel time, number of passengers, pick-up location, drop-off location, or other booking details, must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel date and time.

All requested changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Panya Taxi Phuket.

Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled travel date and time may not be possible.

Payment

Payment must be made according to the payment instructions provided by Panya Taxi Phuket.

Online payments may be processed securely through Stripe or another designated payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB).

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking confirmation has been issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy Policy

You can visit our website without providing personal information.

We collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it to us, such as when making an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or making a booking.

Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a question or concern regarding a payment, cancellation, or refund, please contact Panya Taxi Phuket directly so that we can review and resolve the matter.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy above and returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment network.

Service Interruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances

Service may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic restrictions, government orders, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such circumstances, Panya Taxi Phuket will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and, where appropriate, may offer a suitable alternative arrangement or refund according to the circumstances and applicable terms.
